Scarecrow Festival
and Scarecrow Competition

WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, September 17 & 18, 2011 - 10AM to 6PM

WHERE: Peddler's Village, Routes 202 & 263, Lahaska PA 18931 (Bucks County.)

DESCRIPTION: Annual Scarecrow Festival with scarecrow-making workshops both days, pumpkin painting workshop on Sunday, and live entertainment and pumpkin pie eating contests both days. Stroll among the many colorful scarecrows on display throughout the village.

Scarecrow Competition & Display: Bigger-than-life scarecrow creations are displayed outdoors from early September through late October and compete for over $5,000 in cash prizes. The most unusual and exceptional pieces of American Folk Art are sought in various categories. See Website for more information, rules and entry form, and photos of past winners.
