DESCRIPTION: Filitalia International presents La Festa which is our annual street festival along East Passyunk Avenue in South Philadelphia. The festival starts directly outside of our History of Italian Immigrants Museum and spans 3 blocks. Loaded with the Avenues business and the street is filled with vendors serving up drinks and famous foods from tons of local businesses, music and tons of carnival style games. To top it all off we have our famous Spaghetti Eating Contest where contestants compete to see who can eat the pasta the fastest with no hands!!! It’s awesome!
